The Economic Department (EO) performs professional activities in the fields of financial accounting and budgeting, manages the economic agenda of the faculty in accordance with applicable generally binding legal regulations as well as internal regulations of the faculty and STU, and is responsible for its accuracy and completeness, handles payment transactions through the State Treasury, and maintains records and management of assets.
Financial Accounting performs professional financial accounting tasks, accounting closures, prepares background materials for annual reports, and works with the ISF (Information System of Finance) and the State Treasury information system at the faculty level.
Budget and Financing Section performs professional work in the budgeting and financing section, is in charge of the faculty's plan and budget, the implementation of budget measures, works with the budget information system, classifies invoices, and processes their payment.
Asset Records and Management Section records movable property of the faculty, conducts inventories and disposes of faculty assets, issues protocols on the registration of tangible fixed assets (HIM), places orders in the faculty's ISF system, and maintains the incoming invoices log.
