The study program is also internationally accredited by the British Engineering Council UK (IET Accreditation Commission) >>>.
The IET Certificate of Completion of an accredited degree program can only be obtained by graduates who have passed the state examination first time.

Graduate profile of the Informatics study program
Graduate
- acquires a complete first degree in computer science with an orientation on software systems and software processes.
- understand computer science as a discipline and field of knowledge, as a profession in its broader social context.
- has knowledge of the theoretical foundations of general computer science, algorithmization, data structures, programming languages, analysis and design of software systems and their management, architecture and organization of computer systems and networks.
- be able to analyze, design, implement, verify software systems; effectively and efficiently deploy and operate computer and software systems; work effectively as a member of a development team; apply the principles of working effectively with information of different types and from different sources; work with tools used in designing, constructing and documenting software.
- be aware of the social, moral, legal and economic implications of his/her profession.
- be prepared either to follow a second degree study program in computer science or other related study programs and, after graduation, to pursue a doctoral degree or to enter the labor market immediately.
- will be employed as a software systems designer, programmer, and as a worker in the testing, deployment, operation and maintenance of information technology systems.
Graduates of the computer science study program can work with standard tools of computer science and information technology, such as programming languages (assembler, C, C++, Java); operating systems (UNIX, Windows); office packages (MS Office); database systems (ORACLE, MS Access); CASE resources (Rational Rose), systems for designing and designing web applications.
