The FIIT STU Industrial Council is composed of prominent experts from the field and the business sphere. The main task of the Industrial Council is to monitor the main trends in the development of society, particularly industry and trade, with special regard to the role of computer science and information technology, and on this basis to assess and recommend plans in the main areas of the faculty's activities in relation to the needs and requirements of practice. The chair of the Industry Council is the dean of the faculty.
